This website does not collect personal data through forms and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. This policy explains the little data that is processed.
1. Who is responsible
The person operating Terra Sardes, reachable at EVOO@terrasardes.com. Company details will be added when the commercial entity operating Terra Sardes is established.
2. What is processed and why
Emails you send us. If you write to EVOO@terrasardes.com, we keep your message and address to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. Service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website and forwards emails sent to our address.
- Google, which provides our mailbox and the web fonts used on this site.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards recognised under European data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. How long we keep your data
Business correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and deleted on request.
5. Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing at any time. Write to EVOO@terrasardes.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your own country.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies strictly necessary for security. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
